the location proved super convenient. the metro stop was just around the corner. coffee shops, restaurants, and stores were nearby. the reception was open 24/7, i found this very useful.
i ensured i locked the door when i went out. when i came back, the door was unlocked. it looked that the housekeeper had started to turn down the room but then left. i was left with missing towels and a full bin bag sitting on the desk.

I found the 24/7 reception desk very convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . the hotel's location offered easy access and a sense of security. i appreciated the cleanliness and organization maintained throughout the hotel.
The noise travelled easily between rooms. The sounds of plumbing use from nearby rooms were a constant disturbance. this lack of soundproofing impacted my rest.

The location proved very convenient as it was close to the Pernety Metro station. I found several tourist-grade dining options in the area. The bathrooms looked upgraded, and the shower had reliably hot water (a real plus!). The 24/7 reception was also helpful.
The room had elements that seemed quite old. Some parts of the wall showed signs of mold, which I hope they address soon.
