adequate accommodation
convenient location metro stop useful reception unlocked door missing towels full bin
the location proved super convenient. the metro stop was just around the corner. coffee shops, restaurants, and stores were nearby. the reception was open 24/7, i found this very useful.
i ensured i locked the door when i went out. when i came back, the door was unlocked. it was that the housekeeper had started to turn down the room but then left. i was left with missing towels and a full bin bag sitting on the desk.

convenient desk friendly staff easy access
I found the 24/7 reception desk very convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . the hotel's location offered easy access and a sense of security. i appreciated the cleanliness and organization maintained throughout the hotel.
The noise travelled easily between rooms. The sounds of plumbing use from nearby rooms were a constant disturbance. this lack of soundproofing impacted my rest.

Convenient Stay Near Pernety Metro
convenient location upgraded bathroom
The location proved very convenient as it was close to the Pernety Metro station. I found several tourist-grade dining options in the area. The bathrooms was upgraded, and the shower had reliably hot water (a real plus!). The 24/7 reception was also helpful.
The room had elements that seemed quite old. Some parts of the wall showed signs of mold, which I hope they address soon.
